I’m Zuzana

The author of this site, Londoner, an enthusiastic researcher and collector of information, resources and tips that help me to UPGRADE WELL-BEING and that generally make life better.

Heck, not just better but downright magnificent!

Because life is full of
challenges as it is….let alone when you’re 40 and over. You’ve been juggling for
a long time but now add ageing parents, the empty nest syndrome, or maybe you
have small children and spinning too many plates with low energy, struggling with
life-work balance, a stagnant career, or a relationship crisis.

Pretty standard issues.

BUT

Your body has entered a phase
where you’re faced with overwhelming, profound changes you can’t control as
easily as when you were 20. And that makes it harder to manage your affairs well
without paying the price.

Let’s admit it – all that
juggling and plate-spinning leaves you no time to take care of yourself when
you need it most. After all, that stubborn fat, those thriving wrinkles, that ever-creeping
stress, need more attention now than ever before.

Here, I aim to provide you
with information, tools and product recommendations that will help you manage
your wellbeing in simple, smart ways.

Think of it as your SELF-CARE TOOLKIT.

After hitting 40, I decided to grow better, stronger and faster than ever before, despite some tough challenges.

In the hope that it might help others, I share the acquired knowledge here.

I don’t believe in shortcuts, all-cure pills and quick-fix schemes.

What I do believe is that lasting change requires deep work, focus, commitment, discipline, consistent and sustainable action.

Above all, faith.

If you find yourself stuck, facing adversity, or just simply feel the need to change, you just might find inspiration or a nugget of wisdom here.

Or at least, my company.

I’m a good listener, obsessed with reading, languages and yoga.

And I love both tea and coffee, so whatever you prefer, I’ll drink with you.
